The information is stored on our computer system from which we generate all orders, invoices/credit adjustment notes and end of month statements and mailing lists. Emails are stored on “Google Apps” (g mail) and we update the security regularly.

Specific security measures we employ include password protection/firewalls/encryption and implementing regular software updates and security patches. We will endeavour to destroy or de-identify your personal information as soon as it is no longer required by us (where permitted by law to do so).



We take all reasonable precautions to make sure all the information we collect, use and disclose is accurate and up to date. This accuracy depends to a large extent on the information you provide.
